1. Domestic US Shipping

All physical merchandise ships from our centralized fulfillment centers. Standard transit time is 3–5 business days via USPS or UPS Ground following production. Orders exceeding $75 qualify for complimentary standard shipping.

2. Quality Guarantee & Inspection

Every single garment, hat, figure, and trading card features the authentic HSBO AI Mascot and undergoes rigorous quality inspection before packaging.

3. 30-Day Return & Exchange Window

If your merchandise arrives with any defect or sizing discrepancy, submit a support request via our Contact Us page within 30 days of delivery for an immediate replacement or store credit. Limited-edition numbered items must be returned in unopened original collector packaging.
